Kubota Garden Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
EIN #
91-1451825.

Your donations enable KGF to provide free programming to the community, partner with Seattle Parks & Recreation to explore and support enhancements to Kubota Garden, and help with the maintenance of this treasured resource. Your contributions over the years have:

  • Commissioned and built the beautiful entry gate and the decorative wall protecting the property.
  • Brought master stone masons from Japan to work with masons from across the U.S. to build the ishigaki wall supporting the Terrace Overlook.
  • Designed and built the Terrace Overlook.
  • Funded the 2019 Master Plan Update.
  • Produced the documentary film Fujitaro Kubota...and his garden.
  • Published the beautiful book Spirited Stone: Lessons from Kubota's Garden.

and so much more.
Thank you!
